I’m female, 5’11. I weighed 197 a month ago, now I weigh 184. Goal weight= 136… phew long way to go!

I may need to change my goal to lose 75 lbs. I have gained 15 lbs over the last 6 months. I have let work dictate my life and have let exercise and good eating habits fall to waste side. I go through this cycle often – taking care of myself vs stepping if up at work. This time, I am not sure if the additional responsibility at work will wane any time soon. I struggle to balance being dedicated to my job and taking care of myself. My goal this month is to do a good job at work, but still make time for myself. Exercise four times a week – even if it is just for 20 minutes at a time.
Current weight = 235lb. Goal weight = 175lb. I bought a spin bike to ride while I watch TV. My short term goal is to ride my bikes 4 times a week and write down what I am eating.
