I looked at Home Depot again last night for a tree. I just don’t see any that appeal to me. Plus, I need to buy a book on how to take care of them. I think it is going to require more work than I think. 2 years ago

Yesterday on our way to the Carefree art and wine festival, I passed a truck that was selling Bonsai trees on the side of the road!
I didn’t stop to get one. (I have already spent my share of money on entertainment this week.) 2 years ago
Last night I was at the Depot with my roommates. (We were purchasing a grill.) As we were waiting for help with our selection I browsed the Bonsai plants there. It was not a grand selection. But it gave me more of an idea of what I want. And it can be pretty pricey….The most expensive one there was $50, the least expensive was $15. Maybe I will go to Lowes… 2 years ago
So I have always thought that Bonsai trees were very fasinating. It really wasn’t until this past weekend at the Japanese festival that I realized I really wanted one. There was a booth for the Phoenix Bonsai Tree Society (I know…I couldn’t believe there was one either) and I talked to some intriuguing people. I didn’t realize that it took a lot of effort and deatiled work to maintain one. First thing is first…research. Then I will purchase one. 2 years ago
