see Billy Joel in concert

Im probably going to see him this December…
IM SO EXCITED

Always a great show – an awesome talent.

My brother and I went to Portland when he toured there over Thanksgiving break. IT WAS AWESOME! It was better than I thought or expected it to be. Holy cow. It was so much fun.

Quite possibly one of the most AMAZING concerts EVER.

I saw him in one of his 12 shows at Madison Square Garden in 2006; we were about 20 feet from the stage, no joke. I could have thrown something and hit him if I tried, which is saying a lot, I don’t have a good arm.

It was worth every penny to see him in concert last night in Kansas City.

Instead of waiting, I called Ticket Master a little while ago. I managed to order the best tickets available. Now, we are all set to see Billy Joel, December 6, 2007 at 8:00 PM.

Billy Joel will be playing at the new Sprint Arena on December 6. My hubby, who has been working on the construction of the new arena will be checking tomorrow for tickets. Yahoo!

My first arena concert; I was surprised and impressed by the rapport he managed to create with a crowd numbering in the 20,000s. Practice makes perfect, I guess, and of course he’s had plenty, but this quality nonetheless contributes a lot to what I think of an artist as a performer (ie, why you’d see them in concert rather than just put a CD on). Billy Joel was a good’un.

I’ve been a fan since 1978 when I fist listened to the Stranger. I think I know the words to every song on that album. Yes, I bought the album back then. Now, I have the CD.

I have made a short trip to Rome more or less just to attend the concert of Brian Adams and Billy Joel in front of the colosseum, together with a crown of some 100000 people along the fori imperiali. It was a perfect hot summer night !
