Walk or bike as transportation @ least 3x a week

I walked to the store to pick up some cleaning supplies while my son rode his bike. It’s just down the street so it shouldn’t have been that complicated, but I managed to miff it all up by buying way too much stuff for one person to carry 8 blocks. I made it back home, but not without bruised arms and a sore back.
