"Do" 12 days of Christmas

Odd holiday this year – had sick-in-bed cold for the week before the biggest snowstorm in my lifetime hit the area. Spent 2 weeks housebound. No tree, packages still being sent days after, had to go to 1/2 dose anti-depressants because I was running out and everything was closed. SO—I’m going to “do” 12 Days (since it’s dragged out anyway)
First Day of Christmas – Dec.25th
Exchanged gifts with Andy in bed that morning, watched It’s a Wonderful Life together earlier, so did Christmas Story that day. Andy went to see ElGuap, and I moped about the house.
Second Day of Christmas – Friday, Dec. 26th
Found the Bills calendar from Marilee that I’d forgotten to give him the day before. Left it on the bathroom counter with a post-it note that said “2nd day of Christmas” so he would find it when he came up to bed.
Third Day of Christmas – Saturday, Dec.27th
Finished Avoca and Becca’s boxes and got them shipped. Shopped for a cuprack (unsuccessfully) but found Andy a remote-holder for the family room and chocolate snowmen for the writing group’s bags.
