last week i weighted in 194.6. after a week in nicaragua playing soccer within street kids i now weight 190.2. i’m almost there.

i’m droppoing inches now (i’m back to wearing 34s with comfort but i’m not losing as much weight. i’m at 195-196 right now and don’t seem to be dropping much (though my clothes fit better and better). i hope this means i am building muscle instead.

four weeks ago i had to go to the doctor for laryngitis and found out that i weighed 211 pounds. i have never weighted more than 200 in my life (i usually weight between 185 & 195). i stopped eating lunch out every day and started exercising again (it’s been 8 months). since then i have dropped 12 pounds without really struggling. now i’m going to push it a little more and get down to 185.

I’ve been on Atkins diet for a few weeks now and I’ve dropped close to 30 pounds. I have been excersizing and I feel great. I’m in the best shape of my life since high school.
