How I did it: All you essentially have to do is get off your but and do stuff. Most of the things I put off only took me a few minutes to do such as putting my laundry away. After you actually do the task you feel a lot better about it. Read how I did it… 3 years ago

My first start to this is to actual schedule times to do things like they are appointments. I’ve started scheduling these appointments to exercise using fitness shows on the Fit Network. It’s working well so far, just got to keep the motivation up so I don’t stop now. 4 years ago
