Going to university is an experience which I hold close to me as I learned a lot, made great friends, learned to be independent and became a more confident person.
How to get accepted into a good university
How I did it: Choosing the right school is very hard. In then end distance made all of the difference for me. I live in northern California so I decided going south would be the best way to ensure an independent college experience.
Lessons & tips: For a while I did regret my decision to come here. I gave up acceptance to a more well known and revered university, but I am happy where I am today and that is really what is important.

If you added this to your list.. one thing you have to realize is that everyone goes where they are supposed to. In the end, everything works out the way it should. I haven’t decided where to go yet, but I am positive that whatever choicce I make will be right for me.

I now have 4 offers! (And one rejection… boo! but their loss :p). One university left to hear from and then I have to visit them all and check out the courses more so I can decide which to go to! And get some good results too… but my offers range from AAB to CCC so hopefully I’ll get in somewhere, unless I really mess up! :) Can’t wait… but I’m not looking forward to leaving my boyfriend :’(
