Hmmm…still. I’m moving there soon, and if this really does lower crime rates, and open up employment for legal citizens...well then, maybe it’s bad karma…but I’m pleased.

You can have good Karma.

This is a Karma quiz.

I scored 110.

Time for bed.

I’m sure I would have scored better if I had not done the Frisbee fake out with my dog trick LOL!

Worth doing!

Moral dilemma. I found brown widow spiders, (three of them!!!) on the screened in patio. Ordinarily, I will remove spiders, or else leave them be. But I sprayed these with bug spray, because they are poisonous, and I worried about my daughter or someone getting bitten.
So will I have bad karma? Part of me felt bad for harming them. And part of me says “die poisonous bastards!” I mean, overall, I don’t think this makes me a bad person, it’s just a shame that they had to be sprayed.

Worth doing!

I went out for breakfast. My waitress was very nice, but some of her other tables were complaining about the food. I overheard her saying to one of the cooks that three tables had not left her a tip because of complaints. She looked frustrated and down. But as soon as she came back out she put on the smiley happy waitress face, and was very sweet at my table. My bill was $6.51,I paid with my card and then gave her everything that was in my wallet at the time for a tip. About ten bucks. She looked at me like I had just handed her a fifty. She tried to give it back, and I just smiled and said no, it’s yours, and walked out. FUN. Now I feel happy.

Cookie and I are having some kind of “see who can out-gross the other” contest, and I keep posting pics of really obese or hairy people. I know that’s not really nice. I mean, I was a pretty big girl at one point in my life. (not as big as the people I’m posting, mind you)(but…still) I know how awful it is to have people laugh at you, and every time I do it I feel bad. And yet, it’s freakin’ funny. Sigh. This is not good karma.

What is karma?  — 1 year ago

Each time you think (perceive), speak and act, you are setting into motion the laws of karma. You are planting a seed. The kind of seed you have sown is the nature of the sought, word and action you set in motion; fear, hate, judgement, love, blessing, anger, joy etc. And every time you think and act similarly you are nourishing the seed. The seed eventually grows to a big tree bearing tons of fruits. This is the consequence, your reward or punishment, however one likes to perceive it. You are hated, judged, loved, blessed many times over depending on what the seed contained when it was first sown. You reap what you sow many times over.

You are a creator
We are the architects of our life. Unfortunately we are not perceptive enough to see the relationship between the sought and the deed. Perhaps the time lapse between the two is sometimes too much for us to keep a track. From thought to deed, it may take a week, a month, a year, a decade or more. Constant review of our life will help us to see the connection. The speed of reciprocation depends upon the evolution of the individual. Sometimes reaching the threshold could mean a life time or more. If we do not get answers to our questions even after examining our lives in the light of the cosmic principles, only the theory of reincarnation can explain the rest.
