My seventh time was the best of all. I came out of it with a stronger bond between me and my kids, more (and better!) friends than when I started, only minor injuries to self and pocketbook and with a renewed appreciation for my culture. I saw seven sunrises in a row, danced more than the last six burns combined and generally lost my shit in the best way possible. And I finally got to go up in a plane and fly around BRC. That was AWESOME.

Living day to day in a world of rules and schedules, we sometimes forget what it means to just live and discover ourselves. This was my first year and WOW!! I found that I was finding a more free way of thinking even during the planning days leading up to the journey. When I arrived at BurningMan, I was immediatly emersed into a world of self expression, radical reliance and complete acceptance. Where else in the world could you go to fully expose who you are on the inside without any reprecussions. I can’t wait to go again.

I recieved my ticket for Burning Man 2006 and now I am building a desert tent structure for the stay. It will be a 20’ x 20’ harem style structure. You can kind of make out the way it will look from the pic. I will post more pics as it continues to completion.

Ok, I bought my ticket to BM 2006. I have decided to take two weeks off work to drive from florida (my home) to L.A. then up to Reno and to BM. Then back to Florida. I have always wanted to drive across country with no real plans. (other than BM naturally.
