I am so excited I checked the campus rec schedule and my yoga fits in perfectly w/my classes and running. It’s called Power Yoga (Ashtanga) and is at night. Can’t wait to start. I think I should buy myself some yoga toes.

I did Ashtanga my freshmen year in college and I really enjoyed the way it stretched out my entire body. It helped out with balance and state of mind as well. I would like to start up again second semester to elongate my body and calm my mind once again.

used to do yoga every night, but then school started again and just got too busy, hm, just like everyone that stops doing it. maybe i just need some one to modvate me.

I finally went back to yoga today.
Now…if I miss more than a week, I

I’m going to check into a studio that just opened up nearby. The class is Basic level and I think I would enjoy it. It’s on Monday mornings and I want to give it a try.

I used to practice Yoga regularly, then I got too busy…
Now I need a push to get started again.
I want to go to at least 1 Yoga class before the end of April. It’s been over a year!

I’ve made it a priority to go at least twice a week, but have been aiming for 3-4 times per week. I love how good it makes me feel afterwards!! Yay for yoga <3
