When I was going through a hard time in life I would start each day with a short list of things I was grateful for. It was such a mood booster and really got me out of a slump. I would then spend time actually reflecting on these things once a weeks and making them into on complete weekly list. I used the reminder/appointment function on my Outlook and had it pop-up and remind me to do my list at a certain time each morning. Then I would type the list right into the notes feature on MS Outlook. I should get back into that…..
