prevent one company from failing

yeah…. well i have an opportunity, but i think i got started too late.

I am so tired of seeing it. I feel like I always arrive after the major flaws are endemic in the culture and staff. I want to be there beforehand and prevent just one company from being a gossipy, fear-ridden, unpleasant place to work – even if I don’t work there.

Corporate America destroys hope, destroys families, destroys individuals, and does so on purpose. The quote being “Because none of us is as cruel as all of us.” People are cogs in a giant machine.

Let’s make better machines. All we have to do is tell people that they’re human, and thus can grow, can make mistakes, and don’t have to lie about their flaws. Acknowledging flaws is the first step to growth.

Wow, I think I just said I want to turn a corporation into a Hongwanji Buddhist corporation. Wouldn’t that be a beautiful sight?
