Become a chartered accountant

I gave up my exams and m sure i will fail unless its a miracle…now i know how papers are set and plan to take both groups of exams in may next year.and results will be in jan:(

before i learn german japanese the piano and to sing once more i want to become a chartered accountant.with a stable qualification everything else wit automatically fall into place. i have not studied this whole month.feeling a bit guilty:(m irritated with my undergrad semester exams!everything is so goddamn substandard!chartered accountancy is a different course from the under grad course i am doing.its a grad level course which makes you eligible for a phd and is allowed to be persued along with undergrand course.one of its requirements are however to intern at an accountancy and finance firm full time for three years and take up related subject exams at the same time.

well…my score was pretty bad at da entrance level…123/200~CPT…and da inter exam is in november…i want to pass in da first attempt…i feel like a loser taking only one group of exams at a time compared to all my friends who are taking both…but i dont want a black mark on my resume sayin m a second attempt chartered accountant.and after that i can take the CPA exam which i heard from seniors to be like grade 1:)so m excited i wil get to go to america!well..preparation underway and my first group results will be in jan next year…after that three god damn years of 9 hours a day internship(i dont wana think about that but it always comes back:(sigh…)thats it for now!

This is my main priority at the moment. I must put all my effort into applying for training schemes and practice my interview skills.

Want to have applied and completed online tests for at least 8 firms by the end of the week.

Then I can spend next week practicing interview questions.

I have started studying the AAT Foundation from home. I have always been interested in figures (not just womens) and business. I have my first major exam this june 2009.

I am looking to get in touch with anyone with this similiar interest.
