I have to say, i’ve spent most of my life actually not being overly fussed about visiting the land of Oz, there were always other places I wanted to visit much more. However a good friend of mine moved there around 3 years ago and has repeatedly invited me over, unfortunately I haven’t been able to visit yet due to finances.
I moved to London and started working with another great girl who is Australian and we became good friends, but she has just gone home and I am quite sad about it! Therefore I am determined to get over there in the next 2 years finances permitting. I always think it’s a fantastic thing when you know people in another country as you get to see things you may not see from a tourists point of view. I am actually getting more excited about going there and I hope to visit for a significant amount of time, perhaps 6 weeks or so depending on my situation at the time.
