I can think of a few trivial things that I thought I’d never do and ended up doing them. I’m thinking that there may be some bigger changes on the horizon, and I want my mind as open as possible to those opportunities. I know what things I have been best at in the past, and what my weaknesses have been in the past, but that doesn’t mean the circumstances or my motivation are going to be the same in what lies ahead.
This is my connection to weight loss. I now have “no excuses” and it is now or never! I now need to begin the 4 day “turtle steps” in the 4 day win increments learning to become a “watcher” in this battle and reach a “Thinner Peace” when the struggles begin within
me Martha Beck has put it all down on paper but now its up to me…anyone who needs\wants a 4DW buddy just reply to my comment and GL2All who are getting there

Saying “Never” puts massive limitations on yourself…So…NEVER SAY NEVER!
Of course I am not saying, that I will never use the word “never” again. I think this means, that I should not say “I can not do this” or “I am not good at this” without even trying the thing out! So in a sense I should be more careful about what I say.
