I started working with another Chek practitioner that recognized how ready I was to be pushed. He is an answer to my prayers. My gratitude is immense. 11 months ago

Instead of cardio and muscle building being my goal, I have now placed flexibility and posture well above them.
I have been working with a Chek practitioner for the past couple months and the results have been dramatic. He identified several problems that I did not know I had and has me a very strict diet. I am addressing the postural and mechanical issues via prescribed corrective stretches and “homework” exercises.
To make a long story short, I have learning to walk, breath and hold my posture correctly for the first time in my life. The result is that I already feel better that I can remember. I am extremely grateful that I happened upon this approach. I am becoming completely transformed.
I have to admit this would have never happened if I had not curtailed my alcohol consumption. Even relatively small amounts of regular alcohol can interfere with your personal growth, and I was consuming something greater than I would (now) call small amounts. 13 months ago

It’s not about raising the roof, it is about raising the floor. I have a complete and total paradigm shift regarding what I consider fitness. I feel really good and will continue with this approach. 13 months ago
