Um... define 'wholeheartedly.' 15 months ago

Over a year ago, now, I said that I was ready to start tackling my goals head-on, to make some of my dreams come true. And in a way, I was. The epiphany I spoke of was one-hundred percent real.

The thing is, it’s hard to maintain that kind of enthusiasm, and it’s very very easy to let things slide when things get rough.

I have been working on this, though. Every day (or, almost every day), I’ve been trying to do at least one thing that puts me closer to achieving my goals. Not always something huge, and not always what I expected (it turns out that the goals I most want to achieve hadn’t even occurred to me a year ago), but something.

It’s taken some time, and there have been a few setbacks, but I’m trying.

I’ve always pursued things tentatively. I already have some of my main goals written up in my 43 things, I’ll work on each individually. The gardening goal is being worked on the most, with singing coming up a close second. The piano playing – will get there.

    I'm ready. 2 years ago

I’ve been spending a lot of time, the past few years, thinking of all the things I want to do. Which would be wonderful, if I spent even half as much time trying to make them happen.

A couple of weeks ago, I had a small epiphany. I don’t really know what flipped the switch, but, all of a sudden… I’m ready. It’s time to actually make my dreams happen, to start making some changes.

that I can detect falsehood in utterances,
    if someone lacks authenticity.
Then I am often tempted to uncover this. Sometimes this is helpful, sometimes the effects are contrary to the intentions.

this needs time to reflect on them, to check them.
I still can’t see how it’s possible to pursue 43 goals simultaneously.
I have problems keeping track of my 13.

good: decluttering my goals list and re-organizing it.

Some things are not achieved within 5 minutes.

    Even though 3 years ago

I am not permanently working on them, I pursue them.
They are on my mind. I figure strategies, do small steps, detour, but not lose them out of sight.
    That is the point.
