Part of pronoia for me is about assuming that the world might cooperate with me…this weekend I zoomed out of my house to the gym, only realizing after I left that my cell phone’s charge was down to nothing.
Fortunately, the T-mobile store is right across the street from my gym. A very kind staff person agreed to charge my phone while I was at the gym.
Thanks,universe—and Jennifer from T-mobile!

Christian person I know. Yesterday he came by to see if we could work out a win/win situation for both of us. I have been on unemployment all summer. So I am delinquent in paying my rent. He knows I am starting a new business and am looking for work too.
He temporarily lowered my rent by $200 a month(retroactive on what I owe him) until I get on my feet. So basically he gave me 1 month free. I can pay back what I owe in partial payments. I can stay here provided I get some sort of job or contracts for my business.
We don’t have a written lease. Everything we do is on our word and a mutual like and respect for each other. I won’t let him down. :)

Walked by the plant shop yesterday, bought a little lantana plant. Admired the orchid on the cashier’s table…she sighed, said it had dropped some flowers…(but it’s still lovely!)...and gave it to me. Thank you funky universe.

1. Found a dog-friendly bar in my town that serves $1 Diet Cokes!
2. I’ve seen one of my risky art role models TWICE in a week.
3. Found forty cents under a bench…and butterflies in the bush beside it!

Yesterday: two free waters, handed out at the train station. Twenty-six cents. I gave one of the waters to my co-worker, who said it was just what he needed.
Today: two cents. Plus, two kind people——gave my dog treats.
Thanks, universe.
It is a habit, be it instilled at birth or developed over time, that we are negative, that we get pissy when things go wrong. Hardly ever do we celebrate when we’ve achieved a goal, or celebrate the little things in life that do in fact make us happy. We become consumed with the next task/goal to accomplish that we fail to properly reward ourselves for things we have done. I’m going to make a conscious effort to be more positive and celebrate myself when I do.

“Okay, I'm just going to ask. How? Seriously. Because I have no idea where to get started on this one.”
