How do women walk in stilettos? I have a pair of four inch stilettos that I cannot walk in for more than twenty minutes. I have no problem with other heels, but these stilettos have an ankle strap and open heel and I can’t seen to get the hang of surviving in them. Help!! Are there any exercises I can do, to help me stand tall?????
1. Step with your heel down first, then let the sole follow quickly and smoothly.
2. Walk with your toes pointing straight ahead or as close to straight ahead as possible.
3. Swing your arms as you walk for balance.
4. Keep your legs straight, close and parallel.
5. Take smooth, even steps; consider shortening your stride a bit.
