    My gears (except the kayak) are now with me in China. Thanks to those that help make it happened!

    Next, the meet up the people this sunday and check out the place.
    After that get kayaks and talk to people to make it happen.

    How to start? 4 years ago

    I’m not sure how to do it. There is one one playing this sport in Shanghai or in mainland China (HK doesn’t count).

    I know there are boat makers, and I spoken to some of them.

    I know there are places perfect to start the sport but I’m not sure how to go about doing it.

    Would there be whitewater event in the 2008 Olympics? Perhaps the whitewater guys might be interested.
