judge people less

One thing I have learnt since I have started doing this, everytime I catch my self judging some one else it is either because a) something about them scares me, e.g. walking through the park last night at dusk there were a bunch of guys and girls hanging around and I thought “drop kicks” but mostly because I was a little bit intimidated or b) what I am judging them for is something I am insecure about myself and its a way of reassuring my self that I am better than them – which is so sad

Ernest Hemingway said “when you judge others you do not define them, you define yourself” – I think this is very true!

Meh, I’ve generally got to the point where I don’t care much about what people do :S as in, it’s their choice, I don’t really think about judging them anymore..

Not all people have ultierior motives. Trust is the key. Peolple suprise you quite often if you let them :)

You can be sure I dont want anyone to judge me. I still catch myself doing it all the time. It is one of the things I like least about myself. It really dont matter how right I am. ITS WRONG!

Or, at least I’m learning to keep my mouth shut when I have something unflattering to say about someone – that’s a start, isn’t it?
