    Hot glue is my friend 10 months ago

    Needles scare me, that’s why I don’t have any tattoos. That’s also why I feel that learning these skills would be the best way to overcome this fear, and simultaneously help prevent nasty hot glue burns and wads of glue permanently fused to the carpet and/or other more sensitive bits. I even have a sewing machine, but I think it’s missing parts. sigh

    I know how to knit the most basic of all sloppy rectangles, but I’d like to be able to make actual things… like hats and scarves and little stuffed animals. I can’t sew at all but I think I might buy a sewing machine soon.
