How to dogsled
It made me
Patient, balanced. 
"It's easy to live vicariously through the dogs. They're so happy and just want to pull!"
How I did it: It was offered as a class in my college (I go to school in Alaska). We stayed with a woman who owned the dogs and had participated in many races and weight-pulling competitions. There are many people who own and board dogs in Knik, AK, as well as lots of people who will take you on tours.

I’ve read Gary Paulsen books and always felt that I was meant to dogsled at some point in my life. It’s sort of a random goal I realize, but I won’t claim that my other goals are any less so.

Dogs, snow, sled… it’s all good! Some of the best fun I’ve had in my life!
