one week has almost completed and i am doing better
no colddrink from last seven days

today was my first day of this task and i did it.
i didnt take any sodo or cola.. hope next 29 days will be same

i will start this my aim from tomorrow morning bcoz now it is night and i will count my all days till i complete 30 days
I remember that I gave up drinking cola for a while maybe for a month or more years ago.I really want to get rid of it but it is very difficult.Diet coke just dont taste the same.
I drink at least 2 litres a day and keep gaining weight,everybody
says if i give it up i will not have any weight problems at all.I wish there was some patches or pills to help on that..
Pop is an addiction. People laugh when I say that, but it is true. I get cravings for pop like crazy, it’s like I have to have a drink of coke and it doesn’t let up ‘till I have a drink of coke.
I gave up all pop for a month when I was at a summer school in Berlin but when I came home again it was like I had never stopped. I think if I was going to stop drinking pop it would have to be for good because otherwise there would be no point to stopping for a short while.
I have not drank a coke or any kind of soda fdor three years now. I have lost so much weight since I stopped. I know it is hard, but if you do succeed, you won’t regret it at all.
