LouleyAnn will shine in oh nine!
When I was in such the habit of going and working out at the gym that if I didn’t go for two days, I would feel completely different in a bad way. It was so reinforcing to go to the gym. I went at least 4 days a week, and this lasted for a couple of years. I kind of lost it in 2005 when a lot of hard things happened in a small amount of time. I gained quite a bit of weight that year, and have never really gotten back into the habit I was in before everything happened. I want to be back there in the place I was in, going to the gym like I did, and making it a top priority.
I know that the first couple of weeks will be a big challenge. I think that it will take a good three weeks of really being dedicated and not giving myself excuses for not going until I am really in the swing of exercising regularly again.
I know the benefits of regular exercise are astounding and it is so important for my long term health and my confidence. I am going to start now. I am going to drag my bootie to the gym whether I like it or not.
