How I did it: I've never done this before... it was AWESOME!!

We didn't have these when I was a kid, and I just felt funny doing it as an adult.... but you know what?  Who cares!! 

Lessons & tips:

If you wanna do it, DO IT!  It was so much fun!

(and I could actually jump and touch my toes, how cool ;)
