I took yoga for one of my classes at college. I really enjoyed it and feel like I got a lot out of it. I want to do Yoga at least 4 times a week before bed. This means Tuesday thru Friday for me. I may find that I want to do it more as I get into my practice. I found a really cool yoga video podcast that I want to start actually using. It is not a video, instead it relies on a power point style of pictures of the poses. I feel it would help with my recovery from my addiction to nicotine. As it would help me to strengthen my lungs more and also have a calming effect on me. It would also be good if I could do a short session in the morning before I go off and start my day…
