handheldheidi feels wanted.
There’s a lt col on base here in Afghanistan teaching self-defense classes twice a week. I went for the first time last week. It was awesome. I shall continue and invite a friend!

Participating in a self-defense class is something I have always wanted to do.
I need to do this before I go away to college. I most likely won’t know anybody there and I’m reserved so I probably won’t make very many friends. I’m not going to end up like another rape case.
LifeIsDivine Bringing joy to others that I come across. Thanks for being there!
It was truly empowering! I think everyone that feels they want to take a self-defense class should totally do it.
I took a 3 day course in July. It was one of the best things I have ever done for myself!
i took karate lessons 6 years ago, when i was still in high school. i’m not sure i remember everything but i want to learn more. it’s a good workout too.
