Well, usually when I mention this to people they think I’m crazy. I am a lean person (both my parents were thin). However, I don’t look at working out as a way to lose weight. I look at it as a way to strengthen my heart and lungs, and to make me sleep better at night . So, basically, my goal is to begin working out more and doing more activities in general. It’s not a weight loss thing… I don’t think I need to lose weight. I sometimes wish people understood that losing weight isn’t the ONLY reason some people exercise!
