I guess it’s really hard to quit drinking caffine
and i do sometime drinks water when i feel like a want to drink a caffine

i don’t feel it in this time but it’s will come for you later
How to give up caffine
How I did it: I decided I needed to stop drinking it because of my anxiety attacks, so I did. I do allow myself to have it once a week, though, if I need it. I drive back to school on Monday mornings, and if I am really tired, I allow myself a cup of cappuccino.
Lessons & tips: Find a drink you enjoy as a substitute.
I started drinking certain teas instead of coffee. I picked up Spirte Zero instead of Coke Zero, and I've been drinking a lot of juice and water. I don't even miss it.
Resources: Sprite, non-caffeinated tea, water, juice

I gave up caffine 5 years ago and fortunately by accident! But in doing so I realised what effect it had been having on me for years. I suffered from depression for many years which ended up with me spending alot of time on my own drinking tea….. sounds strange yes? But… when I gave up caffine I found that I actually felt less depressed and A LOT less anxious once I stopped drinking caffine – which makes sense as caffine is a stimulant and stimulants can cause anxiety!
This is what happened. I wanted to give up caffine for ages and accidently bought some rather expensive rooibos or red bush tea whilst I was on a lunch break in work. I made a cup of tea with this and though..eeeeeeiwww! that’s gross!but, I was so strapped for cash at the time I decided I wasn’t going to buy MORE tea. So I tried it again and by the time I had finished the box (40 bags) I just couldn’t face ‘normal’ tea anymore – it smelt disgusting!
I had a caffinated coffee one day and it made me feel so ill that I knew caffine and me don’t mix.
Though I’m no expert AT ALL – I still believe that caffine was a cause of my anxiety in life physically and mentally. Maybe try some rooibos – it’s getting more popular. Smells like henna and sawdust at first but once you get used to it ‘normal’ tea seems just disgusting!
bon chance!
Well one of my other goals is to practice yoga regularly and recently realized that these goals are intermixed. I found that if I do yoga in the morining it gives me enough energy during the day so that I don’t crave that wonderful cup of coffee. I am still struggling with the withdrawls but I haven’t touched caffine in a few weeks!
