ivorygirl i'm relaxing after a very long tiring day
it is the devil it eats time
How I did it: When I set myself this goal, I was forever procrastinating by sitting on the internet for hours, checking every site I was interested in (twice) and sometimes...just sitting there. I told myself it was because most of my friends were online and that's how I had to keep in touch with them.
Lessons & tips: 1. Write a list of things you HAVE to get done that day. Start with the smallest one and work your way through. Only after all these are done can you schedule in some computer time.

I’ve stopped playing on the computer when I have other things to do that are more important- now I wait till my work is done to play around on the computer.
I have actually worked a full two weeks without checking my personal email or myspace or anything else for that matter, and I have been so much more productive, my boss has even praised me for my efforts
Well, I was doing pretty good until tonight. It all started with e-mailing all those cute and funny little things you need to show everyone. But the last couple of days I have only spent maybe 1or2 hours on the internet. Sunday I didn’t even get on the computer at all. I’m going to go to bed here in a min. I guess I should give you all cheers for not being on here, cause I see no one has put any new entries since I have. I’ll learn.
I have the same problem. This whole internet thing is new to me so everyone says its normal to spend a lot of time on the computer when you first get internet. It is really hard there is so much to look up. I go for one thing and I get side-tracked with another site, or something doesn’t work right. I have all these websites written on a piece of paper by my computer I don’t know what half of them were about. The list gets bigger instead of smaller. I figure sooner or later I will run out of things to read about I will have known it all by then. over and out …..oh wait one more.
I spend WAY too much time on the computer, esp on msn and myspace, it’s taking over my life.
During my exams i had to fit studying round the computer!!! I think i’m addicted…
But there is nothign else to do around here since i get made to stay in every day and babysit my brother…so i think im allowed :p

Unfortunately, I’ve been on the computer wayy too much this year. It is totally getting in the way of school. Although, last semester didn’t go so well, so I’m off to a fresh start. Wish me luck!
