"Initially this can seem impossible, heart-breaking at times it is. Especially if you were raised to believe men are the be all and end all (as I was). Let me tell you, Ladies, you have EVERY THING you need in you. "

How I did it: I actually had to leave the state for me to do this.  The hold of the relationship was that strong.  Had I been in the same town, I'd have gone back to him 50 times over.  It gets lonely from time to time, but the overall awesome feeling you have of KNOWING you are fine and actually thriving alone surpasses all that. 

Lessons & tips: Get out.  Don't say in the house.  It will be tempting.  You might be afraid to do things alone.  Don't be.  Go to concerts.  Go to mixers.  GET OUT OF THE HOUSE.  In time you will see that you feel SO good about yourself.  You don't need to be on some man's arm.  You are a person of value on your own.  No man makes or breaks you.

    My boyfriend cheated on me, so i stood my ground and confronted him and ended the relationship, I felt very brave afterwards , as i never stand up for myself. anyway, i babble, it made me realise that I need to find my own happiness, because i’m not going to be able to find happeiness in someone else, when i have not yet found it within myself.I ‘m gonna find that independant woman inside myself!!!
