develop a more commanding voice

I figure the way to develop a commanding voice is to practice speaking. I’m doing this by learning Spanish. I can focus on speech as a thing that needs to be mastered rather than something I do out of habit.

Should include: Warmth, depth, musicality, command, resonance, clarity, certainty, self confidence, enunciation, vocabulary, consistency, fullness, volume, urgency, expectancy, fervor, ardor, wit, playfulness.
