It made me
satisfied 
- Took all the boxes out of the closet
- since some of them had been stored for a while, I went through and eliminated anything I could part with (clothes, old xmas ornaments, reno leftovers)
- reboxed some things into boxes that fit better under the stairs
- swept out all the dust & dead spiders, straightened the insulation and vacuumed the corners, furnace ducts and pipes.
- put all the boxes back in a way that they fit well togetther
And now I have more storage space. YAY!!! Read how I did it… 4 years ago
