Ok, I generally prepare my food for myself, but that doesn’t really constituted “cooking”. I eat and excessive amount of frozen pizzas for dinner. I did however cook some sloppy joes (and frozen vegetables)the day before yesterday.

I made a sandwich for lunch and some cheese dip yesterday (although that doesn’t really fit with my eat healthier goal)
I don’t necessarily want to be a chef but i would love to be able to cook well. I’d like to know all of the tricks, get some skill and be able to create some nice dishes but not looking for a career so don’t want to invest in culinary school.
Well I have been married nearly 7 months now, therefore I have now been cooking for 7 months. I have learned heaps of recipes, but now my goal is to keep it healthy and good. Which I find is OFTEN difficult. I still have A LOT to learn, but I am off to a good start. And my baking is improving too.
