get engaged to the love of my life

Hey there I’m still searching for my brother who will most probably look more like my dad.
But also my next search is to get a well paid job and by 2011 I’ll be married with my lovely partner Matthew Cheung Pun I’m very excited about the whole idea and would like not only my family there but my brother to be there I pray every day for him to be there for my special day… please help me!
Oh and who knows the best and cheapest place to buy a wedding dress from?

i thought maybe this would happen sooner than later. but… the love of my life turned out to not really love me back. it sucks, but life goes on.

I have been with my bf for 3 yrs. He was only a senior in high school, and i was a freshman in college. Now I am 22 and a graduate in medical bill and coding. and he is a graduate for radiology/ekg. How do I get him to propose to me ?? Help ME !!

After 4 years, 2 months, and 21 days, finally a proposal on 12/24/07. Our wedding date is 10/10/2009-6 years to the day after we first met. Oh, and the ring—it’s platinum, Tiffany, and fabulous! Now, I guess plan a wedding will become one of my things to do now…

My situation is a little unique. My boyfriend/fiance and I have been planning to get married for a while now. So much that we have colors and the date (September of 2008) The only problem is that he has expensive taste and I don’t. I am very happy with a small diamond, and he really isn’t. So, he’s waiting until right before we move in together (October 2007) to make it all official and to give him enough time to afford the size ring he wants. I’m not sure if this is a goal or not but it’s what I’m looking forward to more than anything else in the world.

I have been with my bf for almost 3 and a half years. His best friend and my good friend met a girl knew her for less than 5 months(part of the time she was overseas) and proposed. She was his 2nd gf and he had only just started dating sophomore year of college. People keep asking me when its going to happen for me and my bf, Matt and its driving me nuts.I hate having to answer that I don’t really know. Then they ask me why not. GRRR I am wondering if its just never going to be right for us since it hasnt happened yet. I’m his first gf, and we’ve talked about marriage, but I know he wants to wait at least until we graduate in May before even proposing. I love him but I am worried that I will spend my life waiting for him to mature, or that it will never happen. Then I will be searching, but never find anyone as wonderful as him.

we have been together now for almost 5 years, since the end of my first year of college, but we have known eachother for about nine years. we went to the same highschool, were in the same classes, worked together…and things finally worked out for us once we were in college. we just moved in together about 2 weeks ago, so im sure that it will be a while before we get engaged…but im waiting…:)

I have waited which seems like FOREVER. You would think after completing college and working for a few years with the same guy, he would FINALLY do something. I just keep waiting, waiting, waiting…..I am beginning to think I have been duped.
