Drive a BMW

I didn’t used to care for them, I always thought that it was just a status symbol. But now that I’m driving one…OMFG! Who new a car could feel so good! No wonder people LOVE THEM:)

I’ve wanted to own a BMW since I was 10 years old…. It took 20 years, but it was worth the wait!!

I have owned the following cars in order, and some I still do:

1977 Chrysler Newport
1980 Ford Escort
1998 Nissan Maxima
2003 BMW M3
2004 Mitsubishi Galant
2005 BMW X3

I have to say, the BMW’s are a million times better than the rest I’ve owned. I’ve driven alot of cars, and honestly, none have been more fun to drive than my M3.

The BMW Experience 2005 media test drive was yesterday. We had the opportunity of driving up to 6 Beemers but I decided to play passanger for two turns.

I drove the X5, the 116i, one of the 3 Series, the X3 3.0i.

As expected, it was spectacular. Yesterday is one of those days when I really love my job.

There are only a few things better than hauling butt down the AutoBahn in one of these babies but they aren’t rated PG-13!

after the Volvo, ill get a BMW for my daily use, a Mercedes for my long distance travelling of for official functions…and finally a helicopter to help me check my company around the world. MAybe ill get one of those A380’s too…ill call it GP-1

I was one of the media people who got to test drive BMWs this week. I got the X3, which is a huge thing. I was terrified at first because I drive a small car and didn’t think I could handle it.

Despite its size, it was very easy to drive and has so many helpful little features that made driving a total pleasure. Needless to say, I spent most my waking hours driving the two days I had it!

I miss it already. =(
