ok so I didn’t acctually meet them but last year at the warped tour (man alot of stuff happend that day)I was in a circle fit while they were performing and I lost my flip flops I tried to stop and get them but I almost got trampled so I just let them go. About 10 minutes later I saw one of my flip flops go flying up to the stage and (this was inbetween songs) the lead singer raised his hand and he goes hey I almost caught that! And Casey Calvert goes “um No you didnt” and they had like a whole conversation about my shoe in the middle of their set. Ok so maybe its not a big deal but it was pretty cool. Anyway we managed to somehow find both my flip flops once everyone cleared out but my stupid ass wore them to a The Used concert 3 days later and lost them again!
How to meet Hawthorne Heights
How I did it: I have actually met them twice, once at a big concert and the second at a much, much smaller venue. The first time I met them was when they were touring with Linkin Park for Projekt Revolution. The concert took place in two phases, the first phase was held in the parking lot (it was large) with no seating at all so you could get extremly close to the bands playing. Some amazing bands played that day, such as Atreyu, Armour for Sleep, and of course, Hawthorne Heights. After the bands played they had a little thing where you could go and meet them, me and some friends waited in line for about 25 minutes before meeting them. We got to have a short little conversation with them and of course have them sign tons of stuff.
Lessons & tips:
- Go see them at smaller venues! Most of the places they are going to on their current tour are pretty small
- Dont be scared to approach them! They are all super friendly and love talking to fans

I’ve actually talked to J.T. three different times. He is about as nice and down-to-earth as rockstars come. If you see him just go up and say hi, he is a totally chill and normal guy. I only regret that i never met Casey Calvert (r.i.p.), an honor that my wife got after one Heights show.
I’ve met these guys a few times and got pictures and autographs. Micah is my favorite cuz he’s always really friendly and totally makes you feel comfortable. Eron is just an all around really nice guy, JT always seems kinda shy, but still really sweet. Casey is really fun loving but never seems to be paying attention to anything lol, and Matt seems to be more of the quiet type. They’re always super nice tho! I can’t wait to see them in concert again!!

i got all of their autographs. i was walking past tents and i just happened to cross the autograph tent while they were there. (finally lucky on something)anyways Casey complimented my shirt (it had a dinosaur on it and said “rawr”) it was so funny cuz he said “I like your shirt it says ‘rawr’” so i’m happy about that =]

Their pretty cool. I meet them at a concert and I got them to sign my shirt, shoes, cd, and jacket! A little much but oh well. Its worth it
