I want to start yoga but I’m always so lazy & unmotivated because I’m tired from work. When does everyone usually do their yoga’s? AM or PM?

With the hundreds (thousands?) of yoga DVDs out there, it makes a daily yoga practice incredibly easy. There is also yogatoday.com which has a new practice everyday.
Between DVDs, online classes, and real-life classes-I’m ready to rock-yoga style.
I’ve been committing time to yoga now for about a month and a half. I try to do something each day. It’s amazing how good I feel when I’m done. I always thought that to build strength I’d have to light weights. But working with my own body weight and breath is amazing! I reallt want to make it become a natural thing for me. Like brushing my teeth.

i picked up a couple of books from the library and have been trying to place my body back into some of the poses. routine coming next week.

I think instead of just doing yoga everyday, I would like live the life style as well.

I signed up for a yoga class today. So I can at least meet this goal 2 days a week and once I get going maybe I will be more motivated to do this everyday.
