I tried to slow down today when I was speeding on main street. And I’m pretty sure I did the speed limit the whole time on the way home. It helps when I get behind people that go the speed limit and not 3 miles over, then I am forced to slow down. That seems to be happening to me a lot lately.

I explained speed limit signs to my sister, so now she reads every single one and says “35” or “45.” And if I even go five over she looks at me with a stern look and repeats the speed limit. Haha. Hopefully, this will help.

I went about 5 over the whole time today. Well, okay, ten over on one road. I hate going 35! I hate it!

I was pretty good today when I went out. I was being conscious of my speed. I went 5 or ten over a couple of times. I did make myself go 35 on this one road and I felt like such a grandma the whole time. I always start laughing when I go slow because it feels so funny.

I still speed waaay too often. Two police cars were behind me the other day which made me really nervous so I made sure I went the speed limit. It was scary. I actually thought one was going to pull me over there for a minute. Maybe someday I’ll learn the dangers and implications of speeding.

I’m really bad at this. If I consciously try I can do pretty good. I just start speeding and I don’t even realize it. Not good.
