It’s easy. Just use Mambo, a General Public License web site content management system built using MySQL & PHP technology. The program is the product of the collaboration of a great mix of programmers from all over the globe.
So go to the Florida Resource Guide online.
There is plenty of information on Mambo & Florida in General. There is even a Macromedia Dreamweaver program extension for Mambo (for those who prefer using Dreamweaver to modify their site).
I hope you find the information useful. Let me know if I may help in any way.
Enjoy.

Ya i have been trying for a really long time now but i cant seem to find a place that really lets you customize your website exactly how you want it. ther is always templates and maximum space withch is just like 20mb and if you want more you have to pay. It sucks.
Copy and paste these websites if you want to make a website of your own for free! www.maxpages.com www.tripod.com www.angelfire.com If any one has any more please post it up!
I’m in an animation class right now that uses Director and I’ve learned a bit of the “lingo” used in that program. I’ve been told it is similar to HTML, and if that is the case then I’d be completely lost to make my own website. :( People have suggested to me that I take a course, but I can’t afford to. So maybe someday I’ll get a book and try to teach myself.
Back when HTML was just starting, I taught myself how to program in this language so that I could create my own website.
Granted, that was some time ago, and it was crude to say the least, and technology has changed a bit since then.
Since that time, I have created several other websites, all rather basic, and all using HTML with very little java or the like.
Once you learn the basics, the rest just falls into place. I found that the easiest way to learn (once you get past the basics) is to see in your mind what you are looking for in an aspect of your website, and then learn how to do that part. And then go to the next section.
Before you know it, you’ve got a pretty good looking website with neat code and solid structure.
I’d say that it’s a good idea to learn the basics anyway, as they are used so often these days.
i dont know if this counts. but i make layouts…from CSS style sheets on a diary site. i’m really good at it. but i still want to learn how to do my own website. yea. well. i have to get my own website first. lol.
It’s not as hard as it looks! I learned html and css and designed my whole website (plus a couple of others) from scratch (no dreamweaver) in a matter of months. Very satisfying!
