knit lace

Turns out, my April/May wristwarmers count as Lace. Who knew? I finished them in February 2008. I always thought of Lace as complicated shawls etc.

I’ll probably try to do this from a chart. Ooooooo.

These are my first lace cuffs blocking – made from Knitty’s ‘Perdita’ pattern.

Okay, so it wasn’t difficult lace, but I’m only going to challenge myself with this one. I loved the outcomes, and can’t wait to move on to more complicated lace projects.

This. So. Rocks.

I mean, a K4tog tbl sucks, don’t get me wrong. The kind of suckage that makes one want to hurl self out a moving car. BUT. Its lace. That’s a special kind of knitting achievement.
