I’ve been approved to teach Cultural Geography and Human Ecology. Ask me in May how my first class went.

Worth doing!
I just started teaching Data Structures at a local university. It’s been a thrilling, challenging, exciting, exhausting experience, and we’re only in the second week of the quarter! It’s definitely a good learning experience for me (not just my students).
I will be doing a guest lecture on Agile methodologies, and more specifically Extreme Programming, at my old University.
Quite looking forward to it :-)
I never thought I had what it takes to be a teacher but I’ve taught a high school sunday school class and I have been teaching anger management classes for 5 years. I would not mind trying to teach a college course in Criminal Justice or Sociology….
I would absolutely love to be a college teacher later on in my life. Hopefully at an art college, not necessarily the one I’m graduating from – just as long as I’m teaching a smaller number of truly passionate students and not lecturing to a huge disinterested auditorium.
Worth doing!
I just got a part time teaching job at a local college last semester. It’s just one introductory to psychology class, but I love it. I’ve never felt more like I’m doing exactly what I was meant to do than when I teach!
I a writting a paper on how to survive teaching at a college or an university, anyone got suggestions?
Worth doing!
I can’t remember how it came about. I did get to sit in on a Flash animation course when I did it which was fabulous. I loved teaching. It was a great experience.
Worth doing!
I was a GTA (Graduate Teaching Assistant) in the architecture department at MSU. I got to lead and grade a few first-year architecture classes. It was a lot of work, but fun as well (a learning experience for me too!).
