Move out of my parents' basement

It was terrifying and exhilerating all at the same time.

My parents are selling their house so I had to get out!
I found a cute lil apartment, all my own! Im so pumped!! After two weeks of moving I finally got all my junk in here!
Now to sort through it and put it all away!

I am going to look at an apartment tonight, its got low rent, and its in a good area of town, and ALSO my friend already lives in the building and my other friend just moved out of it (to move to another city).
The rent is so cheap that I would still be able to save money for a mortgage! Which is a HUGE bonus! This building is kind of an exclusive building in that they dont advertise rooms available, its only through referrals from people that already live there. You basically have to know somone on the inside, which is why the rent is so low… either that or there’s a massive rat infestation…
I guess we will see tonight! (or in 1 hour and 15 minutes actually!!!).

My parents are building a house and moving out of the city. This means that I will have to move out, so thats some good motivation. (I doubt the new people will be willing to let me stay in their basement…)
I am saving for a condo, but 6 months is not alot of time to do that when Im also trying to pay off my credit card and incurring other costs like cell phone bills, car insurance, and speeding tickets…
On the other hand, selling the house means we need to show it, which has caused me to have to pack up alot of the stuff that was lying around, so moving will be easier since everything is already in boxes!
