Ok, my fall was incredibly crazy and I completely lost this goal. I am now starting to get back to it. For the last two weeks, I have been exercising two or more times a week. Time to start doing the sit-ups, push-ups and pull-ups. I think I will count this goal accomplished if I can maintain it for a month. Hopefully that will be enough to form that habit and I will keep going!

I have taken up mountain bike riding. I am shooting for two to three rides a week. It is a lot more fun than just “exercising.” I have completely lost the sit-ups, etc. So I am trying to get back into that.

I have been doing sit-ups, push-ups and pull-ups most days. I have been increasing the number of each that I do. I have been doing some aerobic exercise, but not as much as I should. And I have not been stretching enough. So I am making good progress on this goal, but I still have a ways to go.

Today, I rode the exercise bike for 15 minutes, did sit-ups, push-ups and pull-ups. Not a bad start. Now to see if I can keep it up.
