i’ve been on weight watchers, to help me with portion control, and i’ve been walking with my mom every morning on top of my jog/walk plan to run a continuous 5k on labor day. i’m also following a seventeen magazine workout plan for my abs/arms/legs/butt, alternating every two days.
my face has cleared up in the last few weeks because i’m not stressing as much. also, i got a new face wash that is more gentle – def a better fit for my skin.
i’ve started wearing my retainers more often, and i’ve brushing/flossing daily and using this whitening rinse before that seems to work. plus, until my teeth get back to where they were before i stopped wearing my retainers, whiten strips make them too tender.
since i am very fair, i’ve given up on major tanning and started using SPF 15 daily moisturizer and 30 0r 70+ when i go outside. when i feel self conscious, i use a fake tanner. thankfully, i look fine being pale. i’m never going to be very tan, and it really isn’t worth the skin cancer/wrinkles later in life.
my hair has gotten longer. i cut it in a bob in february, and now it sits at my shoulders. my bangs are also growing, so by the time school starts, i’ll have a nice ponytail. probably another year before it is really long again.
the bio-oil seems to help my stretch marks smooth a little. i know they’ll fade in time, but i’d love for that time to be soon.
it is a work in progress.

Natoko is going to the University of Georgia next fall! W00T!
I’m really trying to get back on 43things again, and this is one goal that I want to heavily work on. I just came out of the hospital, and I really want to make sure that I remain healthy. Because of this, I need to exercise more. I NEED to eat less. I need to take better care of my skin, especially going into the winter.
I need to complete this goal.

Ive had a baby 4 mths ago as im no longer smoking and not drinking i eat-a lot so im pudgy.My hair is shit. Ive just seen a picture of my partners ex on his bebo and she is young and beautiful and spends a lot of time on herself. I know there is more important things to worry about but it matters and it sucks. Need to improve but have little time or energy.

I desperately need to get my hair cut, but I still did not find a salon. This means that I am at the mercy of Great Clips. Again. Also I am vacilating between getting a short haircut or growing it long enough to put in a chignon, bun, upsweep. Help!!!

Currently I am going through all my warm weather clothes and getting rid of the ones that don’t fit (most) or are not flattering. I recently retired and no longer need all the office clothes that I have. I am only looking at the warm weather clothes because I donate the usable clothes to a homeless shelter and I know that they have no way to store off-season clothes. I will deal with the cold weather clothes in the fall.
