I had the chance to attend a fundraiser with Michelle Obama before I knew anything about her and Barack was first running for senator. It was hosted by this Ivy League group and I passed it up because I thought that everyone there would be a snob. What a missed opportunity. So for now, I just pray for the Obamas every day. If it is meant to be it will be.
