Go outdoors everyday for 30 days

I had to go to Bed, Bath, and Beyond to take advantage of their 4 for $10 sale and had to drive over the River and the Marina on the way there. The sky was blue, the clouds were white and the water flowing….it was a beautiful site and made me feel good with the music on in the car. Nice weather today, enjoyed being out and about.

It is so easy to go from car to building to car. I have to remember to spend some time outside. The other day I took my darlin’ granddaughter for a long walk and stopped at the park to push her on the baby swings. Boy, did she nap after that! Completing this goal could help me get to sleep, too. I have to think of a trigger to remind me to do this until it becomes a habit.

I’m still a little sick…I’ve been sick for about 2 weeks, but I’m starting to get better now that I’m on antibodics. My trip outside to day was to pick up dog poop out of the back yard and then maybe again later on to get the mail out of the mailbox. Not much, but I’m sure I’ll do more when I get to feeling better.

Today I planted about 120 tulip and daffodil bulbs. Come spring I will be rewarded with beauty!
