i need to start getting it cut more often, because it makes me so sad when they have to take so much off because i’ve let it get in such poor condition. i think i last got it cut in mid November, so if i cut it at the end of janurary it should minimise damage, and then i can cut it again mid march so it’s nice for my cousins wedding (: 4 months ago

I was prepared for the hairdresser to tell me I needed a major amount of hair cut off as the ends felt horrible, but thankfully she just took off an inch. She said its the humid weather making it feel horrible and the fact I have lots of new hair growing through makes it frizzy. All in all she said its in great condition and is actually quick thick now :-) 8 months ago

Even thinking about getting 2 inches cut off my hair makes me feel sad, as to me I would then see my hair as being really short 9 months ago

I have waited years and year to grow me hair and have it look half decent, when I was younger, the longer it got, the thinner and awful it looked. Whats even more annoying is that I dont use heated appliances on my hair at all, it just has a tendency to break, whereas other poeple I know dye and straighten their all the time and its still in great condition. Anyway I have managed to grow my hair just short of waist length when its completely straight, but now the ends are feeling a bit horrible and I can see a fair few split ends. I have a hair appointment tomorrow and know that I need about 2 inches cut off, but as my hair is wavy/slightly curly, it always looks way way shorter when I wash it myself after the hairdresser has done it :-( I know it would be better for my hair to have a few inches off tomorrow so it can grow and be in better condition, rather than have a few millimetres cut off and in the long run needing a larger amount cut off. It worries me slightly than my hair means so much to me 9 months ago

I hadn’t cut my hair in about a year. Why do I always put this off? Anyway my head feels loads lighter. Glad to get rid of it. 2 years ago
